About Our Founder

Fiona Lewis (neé Murray)
Fiona is a commissioning consultant and project lead with over a decade of experience supporting health, social care and voluntary sector organisations to strengthen their services and maximise impact. She has worked extensively with ICBs, local authorities, NHS providers and community-based organisations, bringing a clear understanding of how commissioning, delivery and community needs intersect.
With specialist expertise in data analysis, project management, evaluations and change management, she helps organisations—especially those led by or serving Global Majority/BAME communities—build effective systems, improve reporting, and secure sustainable funding.
Fiona is known for her relational approach, her ability to bridge communication between commissioners and providers, and her commitment to helping organisations grow with confidence and clarity.
Fiona works with a niche team including a partner consultant, as well as, business and administrative support staff to help meet the needs of your organisation.
Fiona is a diligent professional who has an excellent array of skills around robust and efficient programme management.
